Meriden, Connecticut - (The Hosting News) - June 20, 2008 - Impact Global Communications, LLC (IGC) and LittlBUGer.info Downloads and Hosting Services, have agreed to a merger agreement, whereby IGC will acquire LittlBUGer.info and all of its related services.

While monetary details of the transaction were not disclosed, under the terms of the agreement, which was approved by both companies' Directive Heads, customer policies and procedures of LittlBUGer.info Hosting Services will not be modified. In addition, the parties have agreed on the terms of an editorial agreement that provides for the establishment of original LittlBUGer.info founder Randy Senn to hold office with the objective of assuring the continued integrity and independence of services.

The merger agreement allows for growth within LittlBUGer.info and its services while not affecting performance, stability, and other factors contributing to its restrictions.
