The Planet Doubles Disk Space

February 12, 2008 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Dedicated hosting provider The Planet (theplanet.com) announced on Monday it has launched a limited-time promotion that provides customers with double the hard drive disk space on select new server orders.

The offer is valid through February 17 or until limited promotional supplies last. The Planet says it will also waive the $25 setup fee.

"For customers with high-performance requirements," says Urvish Vashi, director of product management with The Planet, "this promotion offers a cost-effective way to double the data capacity on a single server."

Last week, The Planet announced it is offering a limited-time promotion that provides customers with double the memory on new server orders.
