Port City Web Hosting Firm, Expands with New Sales Manager, Relocation
Portsmouth, New Hampshire - (The Hosting News) - December 3, 2007 - Website hosting, design and development firm, Port City Web, has assigned a new sales and marketing manager, with plans to expand corporate offices for business growth, as the company prepares to sign a new Class-A office space lease.
While relocating its corporate headquarters, Port City Web welcomes Andrew Ghezzi as the new Sales and Marketing Manager. Andrew Ghezzi will be responsible for re-building the sales and marketing teams and departments within Port City Web, as well as handling new sales opportunities. Prior to joining Port City Web, Andrew was the founder of the actions sports retailer, Powerline Sports. Over the course of four years, Andrew was instrumental in expanding its retail operations into three locations as well as positioning Powerline Sports as a top ranked ecommerce destination for kiteboarding related gear on the web. The business was sold in 2007 to a group of private investors.
Prior to Powerline Sports, Mr. Ghezzi worked in various sales and account management roles at E*Trade Financial in Boston, MA and Computershare in Jersey City, NJ. Andrew holds a Master's Degree in Risk Management from Georgia State University as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Binghamton University.

Additionally, Port City Web is close to signing a new lease for just over 2,000 square feet of Class-A office space in the Pease area of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Mr. Crago continued, ''We have experienced another year of double digit growth and have run out of space in our current 4,000 square foot facility. The new facility will have expanded conference rooms, more space for developers, designers and other professional staff, and the building is in the heart of Pease, the new business district in Portsmouth.''
The company expects to relocate the web services, executive, sales and marketing, as well as project management staff to the new location by the first of the new year.
