Hostway Partners with Alert Logic

February 7, 2008 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider Hostway (hostway.com) announced on Wednesday that it has entered into a partnership agreement with security solutions provider Alert Logic (alertlogic.net).

Hostway says that under this agreement, its offerings will now include Alert Logic's Threat Manager Intrusion Detection services, providing increased network protection, vulnerability monitoring and automated IT compliance reporting.

With Hostway's Threat Manager solution, customers will receive detailed insight to their environment and proactive measures to optimize their security so they can focus on making their business successful, says the company. Threat Manager is also SaaS-provisioned, enabling rapid deployment with no software installation or maintenance required.

Last week, Hostway's UK division signed a new partnership with Tilana Systems.
