The auditor closely reviewed numerous processes and controls relating to logical and physical access, security of environment and information, backup/recovery, secure storage and other such operations. SAS 70 certification is one of the highest industry-accepted auditing standards for service companies, providing customers with guaranteed security and reliability for their managed systems.
 
FWHN says its data center is a world class facility that is located on a dual utility power grid. The state of the art facility includes biometric security, redundancy in all critical systems, on-site network operations centers and qualified engineers that work around the clock. 

"It has always been our goal to provide a fast, secure, reliable data center," says Rob LaMear, president FWHN, "but this certification proves that our data center is backed by internal controls that meet the superior standards needed by our federal and compliance regulated customers."

FWHN announced earlier this month it is offering a range of SharePoint screencast tutorials to both new and existing customers.
