Dedicated customers who sign up for this service will receive 24/7 hardware monitoring and alerting, including critical services. Frontpages will also provide monthly reporting of critical hardware thresholds, including disk space, CPU and memory. In addition, Total Care ensures controlled patching, with critical security patches applied within 72 hours of release. Standard patches will be applied as requested or within 14 days of release. In order to guarantee safety of the customer's solution, however, patch application may be delayed based upon patch testing results in the test lab environment.
