December 19, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting software provider Ensim (ensim.com) announced on Wednesday it is providing support for Microsoft's Dynamics CRM 4.0, the multi-tenant version of Microsoft's customer relationship management application.

Ensim says that its Unify Shared Edition is the first control panel to offer CRM support, enabling providers to add Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 as part of their hosted offering for a low cost.
 
Microsoft Dynamics CRM hosted solution addresses the key opportunities and challenges that determine the success or failure of any CRM initiative user adoption, business fit and total cost of ownership. Built on the same code base as the on-premise Microsoft CRM Professional Edition, the solution offers a choice of user interface, online or offline usage, and flexible solutions and deployment.

Ensim announced yesterday that managed hosting provider intY has deployed Unify Shared Edition as its management platform.
