EIRCA Launches Phone Support
April 13, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Reseller hosting solution provider EIRCA (eirca.net) recently announced it has launched private label toll free end-user phone support on its reseller hosting system. EIRCA says the service has been introduced as a compliment to the company's existing offering of online ticket-based end user support.
According to the company, the service enables a reseller hosting client to offer toll free phone support to their customers on a twenty four hour basis, with all calls being handled in a private label environment and on a free personal toll free number for the reseller client, complete with full phone system navigation for end user.
"We are excited to introduce such a long-overdue service feature," says Simon O'Rourke, CEO of EIRCA. "Anything that gives our resellers an edge over their competitors is certainly worth our attention and this service feature is as big as they come".
EIRCA also recently announced it has introduced H-Sphere as its reseller hosting service.Â
