Data Center Debuts, at Fulcrum Database Marketing Solutions
New York, New York - (The Hosting News) - January 5, 2009 - The opening of an additional data center, to provide increased processing capacity, as well as further redundancy and failover capabilities, has been debuted by Fulcrum database marketing solutions.
David King, CEO of Fulcrum noted, ''Fulcrum's solutions deliver gains in both revenue and profits, which has led to rapid growth in the number of client databases we manage, particularly in the current economy. This additional center will give us more flexibility and processing power, plus enhance our disaster recovery and redundancy capabilities.''
In addition to managing enterprise data warehouses and large-scale marketing databases, Fulcrum provides advanced analytics and customer management technology that enable companies to market to their customers more effectively. The databases and applications require high-availability, high-capacity technology platforms. The new center, which has been in the planning stages for several months, was originally conceived as a disaster recovery site. However, due to the company's growth, the new facility will be a hot site and provide both redundant processing and failover capabilities. The facility is expected to be operational in early 2009.
