BlueCat Networks Opens Two Offices

May 9, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Network appliance developer BlueCat Networks (bluecat.com) announced on Wednesday it is opening two additional offices in the United States and expanding two others to address the growth in demand for its line of appliances. New offices are now open in Dallas, Texas and Redwood City, California, while the company’s New York City and Atlanta offices have been expanded to accommodate additional staff.

Organizations in these markets have been aggressive adopters of BlueCat Networks’ IPAM and DNS/DHCP appliances, particularly in the education, financial, telecommunications, ISP, government and retail services sectors where network uptime, security, reliability and performance of mission-critical IP networks are crucial.

There has been significantly increasing demand for BlueCat Networks’ Proteus IPAM appliance, which together with the Adonis family of DNS/DHCP appliances, is meeting the needs of customers globally.

"Demand for IPAM and DNS/DHCP appliances has never been greater, and by growing our organization we can more effectively meet the significant commitments we have made to our customers," says Michael Hyatt, CEO of BlueCat Networks. "Just a couple of quarters ago we opened offices in Manhattan and Atlanta. Now, we are doubling and tripling the sizes of these offices to ensure we continue to deliver superior support to our existing customers, and address the needs of our growing prospect base in the region."
