BAIS Offers 24/7 Remote IT Monitoring

September 13, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Colocation and managed IT solutions provider Bay Area Internet Solutions (bayarea.net) announced on Thursday it is offering its nationwide remote, around-the-clock IT monitoring services. The service provides businesses an enterprise level monitoring service at a significantly lower cost than a purchased solution.

The solution can monitor servers, databases, applications, networks, VoIP and end-to-end response time. Customers are able to view real-time and historical data via their own tailored dashboard, and there is no need to purchase any SW/HW or train specialized staff.

BAIS has deployed Nimsoft's (nimsoft.com) SLM product suite to upgrade its managed service offerings, better track service level agreements and enhance its internal network monitoring capabilities. By using NimBUS, BAIS is now able to bring enterprise-grade monitoring services to small and medium-sized businesses that cannot afford to deploy costly monitoring solutions.
