Sales and Marketing Track Showcases Many Approaches

Sessions in the Sales and Marketing Track at HostingCon Global 2015 cover a very wide range of topics, each presented by an industry leader or a panel of insiders. Each session has a different topic and area than any other in the track.

HostingCon veteran Liam Eagle of 451 Research presents on capturing the huge and still growing WordPress market. A panel will evaluate the first year of the new gTLDs. The panel features Crystal Peterson, Registry Channel Management & Marketing Director of Neustar, WHIR Editor in Chief Nicole Henderson, 1&1 Senior Product Manager Nino Tomasetti, and Donuts Executive Vice President Daniel Schindler.

Sam Coyle, President and CEO of Netrepid, will talk about positioning your cloud service to compete with market juggernauts like AWS, Azure, and Google.



Social media management has changed dramatically since Rebecca Corliss offered her informative session on using social media and inbound marketing in 2012. Anthony Owen of Manalto will present some of the current trends in managing social media for SMBs. Stephen Brent May will talk about making marketing agile, Tim Ash explores psychology and effective conversion techniques, and Makiko Ara will present on how small and medium sized hosting companies can find “Glengarry leads.”

These are only some of the topics the Sales and Marketing Track will offer expert insight into. The blog will dive into a few sessions from the track in more detail as we reach the final run-up to HostingCon 2015.
