Each time a mobile computing device moves to a new area, (geographically speaking), it would receive a new address and notify its primary name server. This address will be available to a calling node through DNS queries for address resolution, showing where in the world it is located at any given moment.
This really wouldn't affect a DC or host as you don't just pick up and go.
