Hello,

For hosting providers you could check here - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/web-hosting-providers

What is unlimited for you, disk space, bandwidth, upload, download or else?

Choose some realistic package to save money and receive quality service.
Think about the fact that you share server with others who all use unlimited package on a limited server.

Greetings,
There is no such thing as unlimited, as others have stated. You could look into a Cloud like the Amazon which allows for near infinate growth (at a cost)

As a rule steer clear of shared hosting companies offering unlimited space or transit packages as offering such a package usually means that the business in question either has more infrastructure than they need and is leaking money or that they haven't really thought their package structure through properly.

Either way they will most likely not scale reliably if you are a heavy user.

I suppose there would be exceptions, although in 8 years I haven't found a single one.

For the right price you can get anything you want.

Yes from my experience I would stay away from unlimited shared hosting. Especially if you are making a larger website that will require more resources you will find out that most hosts will flag your account for it even though they say its unlimited all.

You also mentioned dedicate, are you looking for a dedicated server or something? I think you need to look at your website, see what it really needs and uses and then go decide which host to get.
