They gave me a very nice offer, but I would like to know from (former) users if they are reliable.

I can say they are nice and support is fast. I was hosted by allabouthosting but my site was too big for their shared account (cpu usage) and was down for some time so I moved, but they have send me the refund.

Although I am not hosted yet, I am regularly checking their support forums, after discovering very interesting plans on offer.
I can say that clients seem happy and actually they look reliable, competent, reasonable and above all polite! Not to mention that they offer a lot for what they charge.
Of course this is in theory for now!

I don't know about their hosting, but I have a very hard time believing that they can stay in business for long charging $5 a year.

but maybe it's just me....
