I just got an email from my CRON and the first line said

"rpmdb: Item 158 on page 125 hashes incorrectly
error: db4 error(-30979) from db->verify: DB_VERIFY_BAD: Database verification failed"

Firs time this happens. Is there anything I should worry about ? I am using Cpanel/WHM .

I'm not sure of the exact meaning of the error, but it's complaining about the RPM database. You could try "Rebuild RPM Database" under Software in WHM and see if that fixes it.

Thanks, I did just that and there was a number of 'Adding' and 'Removing', I guess probably it got damaged somewhere.

Will check tomorrow if the error message appears again.
