Hi ,

I am looking for x9i host urgently. I have a on hand problem urgently to be solved on their end . I have sent them an email two days ago but yet to received any reply. I have been trying to call their toll-free phone line but it is always busy.

Has anyone got any clue on how I am able to find x9i host or what has happen to x9i host? It is really urgent.

We have not received any emails, open a trouble ticket at http://www.x9i.com/helpdesk - that is the quickest way on the getting ahold of us issue, it will page us with the info and an admin will get back with you shortly.

For the phone, something is screwed with Kall8, who we have our number through, they are looking into the issue now for us.

Did you not see what I said, and who are you to judge what type of support he/she is getting/not getting? The post says they could not reach anyone, probably by AIM, as I have spent alot of time with the customer on AIM.

Do not make assumptions about our business or anyone elses. We support our clients, and they are very happy. I do not appreciate you hijacking threads all over the boards to make yourself look good.
