hi.

I started using joker.com almost as soon as they went online. I had 12 months of no problems, always prompt support...

But ever since they introduced their "new system" I have had logic problems with the site, and their support@joker.com emails go unanswered for days...

Here is an example of my current problem:
1) use joker whois to look at esnipe-east.com domain.
2) Notice that the nserver: nswest1.esnipe-west.com is MISSING the IP ADDRESS!

esnipe-west.com is registered at register.com -- and both register.com and NSI see the hostname record fine, but Joker refused to see it... so I finally created a joker nameserver entry... but it won't allow me to put a IP address on it. It just strips it away.

Uggh! It has been over 10 hours since I emailed them, no response.

Anyone have some individual employee email addresses I can send to?

Thanks.

Sorry I don't have a direct contact BUT I know of the problem your talking about.

I moved all my domains onto OpenSRS recently - which has been a blessing. I can update multiple records for multiple domains on the fly - all from a handy interface.

ANYONE who's running a hosting operation can sign up for an OpenSRS IUA at www.opensrs.com (.org/.net)

Superb system - superb support.
