Whilst full trust ASP.net is not a big issue, I think you're going to struggle to find this for $15 per year. You will also find that it is very unlikely that a hosting provider will give a 'try before you buy' offer, since it is the type of offer that attracts spammers and other unsavoury types.

$15 would be enough as a setup fee and one support ticket.

Agreed, find a reputable host at $15/year is going to be hard to find, since you are basically asking for hosting at $1.25/month.

I doubt that would even be possible to find on a Linux hosting provider, let alone Windows :-/

Raise your budget.

Hello,

If you have limited budget you should go for shared ASP.NET hosting.
DiscountASP provide full trust ASP.NET hosting, but their price is $5/mo. ($60/Y)
