Even After Using The Co-Branded Nameserver Servoice By 4webspace my Box Gets Hacked twice ! OK I Accept My Mistake.

After This I Decide Not To Continue Their Service.
I Send Them An Email Asking Them To Cancel My Server & I also Ask them To Notify Me When My Server Is Cancelled !
Not Recieveing A Reply Fot 3 Days I Resend The Mail !
Still Not Recieving Any Reply I Send Them A Mail Telling To Give Me My Server Back !
I Recieve A Reply Saying That When I Have Told Them To Cancel The Server Why Am I asking It Back !
I Tell Them I Had Told Them To Notify Me when The Server is Cancelled !
The Next Day (Dated 29th April 2001) I recieve A Reply Saying that My Server Has Been Cancelled !
The Very Next Day (Dates 30th April 2001) I Recieve An Invoice From Tera-Byte Deted for 1st May 2001 for The Sum $99 !
No What the Hell Do You Guys Thing About This ?

communitcations error. They may of mailed you the first and it might just of not arrived and maybe flying around in cyberspace again.

Why not call them?

Well, I think you may have confused them a bit with the pull my server, put it back on thing, but the billing was probably just an error that will be credited back to you.

You might try shooting an email to that address with the error.
