you can use ftp if you want to move file from under a domain. if you want the full domain backup. there is a backup manager option using which you can download the backup of domain clicking on the save icon whihc is aside the backup of domain.

If you're only after a few files, you can use the File Manager in the Plesk Control Panel. It will give you an option to save the file to your local computer or upload new files from your local computer.

If you want to download backup of your web sites then use backup manager, by using it you can download your backups to your local drive or to another FTP. If you want to download some files, then use Plesk file manager to download them one by one.

Why not ftp and download your files. Alternately you can use file manager from your control panel to download the files.
