Is there an affordable and mature turnkey solution?

Any "big" name in this industry so that I can become its reseller?

I am using StrongVPN.com.
I do not know if they have any programs for resellers - it is for personal use for me.

I think most have affiliate programs only - I haven't run into reseller programs. Some names I run into frequently: Astrill, 12VPN, Witopia, StrongVPN, Overplay. There are hundreds more though.

most of the bigger vpn providers have either coded something themselves or have modified openvpn to be a sellable product. I'm not aware of anyone offering a VPN turnkey business script.

I don't know any turnkey VPN solution either, all the VPN providers I know use their own custom scripts. So you might need to code it yourself, or have it coded.
