Is this Reseller Hosting, Web Hosting & Domain Names | Web Hosting Heart Internet (http://www.heartinternet.co.uk) you're talking about??

If so, how many customers are you looking for per reseller account, or are you focussing on spend?

There are issues with this, as the internal transfer process is not easy
I have been acquiring some of their customers over the last few years, but the transfer requires the current website be backed up, the reference deleted, then reset
Quite a lot of hassle, for a simple "internal transfer"

So long as you are aware of this

Hi m8internet,
Thanks for your feedback and input.

I've been managing and transferring heart customers for some time. This is not the process I adopt. Transfers involve no loss of email data, no manual transfer of files and zero downtime for customers. Customer impact is minimal and profesionally handled. It's straightforward and fast, with no mess.

Many thanks.

How do you manage that?
Any transfers I have performed result in the original customer account being closed before the transfer can be completed
Heart Internet have made it quite clear to me on many previous occasions that transferring of Domain Names and accounts, on an internal basis, can only be managed by this method

I acquired another reseller last year; never again, so much hassle!

Seems he has an account with Heart Internet so it should be easier for him to migrate the clients hosting accounts.
