With what your looking for, I would say look at discountasp.net. They should have everything, and from what I remember they just added SQL 2008 R2. Plus I've always been a fan of their support team, best out there if you ask me.

Reliablesite.net is great, I just upgraded from a shared to a dedicated server with them and will spend some time writing up a lengthy review when I finish migrating my old stuff and setting up my new applications.

How long have you used them?

Another vote for Discountasp. Been using them for my shared hosting needs since 2004.

I don't recommend reliablesite at all. I read the recommendations on this forum and signed up with them. Their support is atrocious - half the tickets just disappear into a black hole.

I bought a starter account with them - played around with it for 2 days and setup one of my customer's site - decided it was good enough so asked them to upgrade me to a shared 3 year plan. They said they can do it and to wait for me to get invoiced. I put all my work on hold while waiting for them to upgrade me. 3 days go by - no update on ticket and no upgrade either.

Finally, I decided that I would just buy a fresh 3 year plan and ask for cancellation/refund of the first plan. So I buy a fresh plan, setup the first site all over again. Delete all my files from the first plan and ask for cancellation. Meanwhile, I spent the whole day and setup few more websites on the new plan, changed the NS, moved the databases and got all the sites up and running.

Later that night, I logged in to check if my refund got processed and saw that it had. Then I noticed, they cancelled both my plans - even though I have to EXPLICITLY ask for a cancellation for a plan - they just went ahead and deleted all my sites, etc. All my customer's sites were showing as dead links.

Raising a ticket with them is useless - they don't even respond.

I learnt the hard way that reliablesite is completely unreliable.

He isn't a customer of ours, his account was terminated due to fraud. I can verify this, along with tickets that were opened (and responded to).

If he had an account with you, doesn't that make him a customer?
