Alright

Im in sort of a predicament...

I bought a template off this user, worked out a deal with him, sent him $20 via PayPal, and im giving him a years re seller account also.

Now I have found out that he has sold this template to 2 other different people, 1 of which has decided to get a refund for the template as this guy said it would be exclusive to each of us and he told all of us we were the only ones who had it.

Now this other guy has it also, and the guy that sold me this template is telling me I need to disown this template and stop using it. This after 5+ hours of adding content, html/javascript code, and editing most of the images to suit my site.

Now I told him that I dont believe I should have to do that as it was his screwup for selling it to more than 1 person, not mine... I told him that I DO NOT want a refund, but this template, I also told him that I would except another template although I would be very upset that I have to re add all of the content.

What do you think should happen here? Do you think that I should be able to still use this template, or he atleast provide me with a substitute for all my time ive spent editing this one to suit my needs?

If he doesn't do what you asked pull the reseller account. Just my opinion. He should refund you and give you another template, or make the current one exclusive.

If you were the first one to buy it you should be able to keep it and have the other person who bought it receive another template. Just my opinion, First come, first serve.
