All of the paid versions of MS-SQL will typically install with the SQL Management Studio tool. This allows full management of SQL like PHPMyadmin (but much better). If you're using SQL Express or if for some reason the tool wasn't installed you can download it for free:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=c243a5ae-4bd1-4e3d-94b8-5a0f62bf7796

You can perform full backups and restores from within that tool. You still might need to create users, set permissions or transfer logins to perform a restore successfully.

SQL Management Studio is only available through RDP or running as a desktop application on the client machine connecting to a remote host. The user also needs 'server admin' privileges.

Your original question didn't put it into the context of needing restores in a 'shared' or multi-user context. If you need multiple clients to be able to restore, no RDP access and integrated with Plesk there really aren't any other options. That's why MyLittleAdmin is expense -- it fills a need where there aren't other existing solutions. It's a very good application though! :)

I'm unaware of any other web based apps that are multi-tenant and allow restores. If anyone has suggestions, please post and share.
