$300 for full rights? are you kidding? templates here go cheap. usually around $50-100. and that INCLUDES full rights, slicing, coding, and mouseovers. You're charging $425 for all that. For $425, you can get a sweet custom site with flash animation (and i'm not just talking about stupid mouseovers)

I'd rethink those prices if i were you.
