It say setup fee none and for start you need to pay $594? How Must I understand this?

I've used their virtual hosting service... Service was not very good.

We use their virtual hosting/bulk transfer for various reasons...no problems whatsoever. Support is little sketchy in their answers, and the control panel is something we try to stay away from (though it is due for an update soon), but as far as speeds and pricing for *bulk* storage they are very good.

The 3X space special turns the Bulk Transfer account into a 6gb storage area with 30gb of transfer (excess $1.25/gb).

Works for me.

Somehow "there are no refunds on sites which have received more than 1 million hits" and "we can cancel [...] with 4 days notice" don't inspire confidence. It looks rather similar to the "unlimited" scams out there.

Very tempting any one with a feedback on this company??

This was my very first host and I have to agree with all of the posts. Support seemed like people like they either didn't like their job, just woke up, didn't know what they were doing, or were stoned. I'm not sure which.

Over a year after I cancelled my account, I could *still* log into their servers and change *their* support/sales/911 email addresses to point to where ever I wanted to point them. (They all forwarded to the same place by the way, just aliases).

I'm glad I got away from them, and the only thing they had going at the time, was that they were cheap (not inexpensive). This was quite a bit ago, and who knows, maybe I can't log in any more, I should check one day, heh.
