I have a host company potentially for sale,
ANy ideas on how I can value it, for a while i kept my hair down and worked on the business, make a fair amount of money but dont know what the market value is, could you please advise me on how a web host is generally valued so that i can consider sale

There are different ways to value a company.

The standard formula is to take the monthly total revenue and examine the expenses such as server cost, licenses and support at a multiplier of 6x.

However, none of this is set in stone and each situation is unique.

Hello there, A while ago I managed to procure a very good domain name for hosting, I then Paid £5000 gbp to the best web design company in london to create a fully interactive website with videos, content and everything needed to compete with the biggest players. I then also spend 3K on the the UKs top S.E.O company according to top seo to create a campaign and re-write all the content to make the site very competitive.

With these tools, I launched my hosting company. I all of a sudden went ill and was unable to run the company and it sat there just getting more and more signups but nobody at the helm.

The website is welll designed and so it still gets 1-2 new customers naturally per day.

however because there was nobody at the helm here are the figures
