I taught myself almost everything I know. I’m a fast learner and love fast pace work. Throughout the years of using windows and *nix based operating systems I’ve learned how to install/use various applications that would be used on a *nix server for hosting websites and shell accounts. I’ve helped with many websites, and shell servers before and I do know how to do basic and some advanced tasks on a *nix system.

If someone wants a job they are not going to do it for free... If he is doing it for free it would have a job.

Im still confuised. I know he isnt going to do it for free. Thats why im interested in what what sort of a price tag he hangs on his services

And as justification for what he is looking to be paid i wish to know why he is worth it. I may or may not be interested in hiring him depending on these two things. That is why i asked them.

Aussie - I think you must have misunderstood my question. By asking 'What are you looking to be paid' I was looking for a dollar value answer (not a yes or no answer).

:)

In anycase i would still like to know.

My price range is negotiable.... I dont expect a fortune but if you think you can use me, I'm 100% positive we will find something that will work for both of us. As for my experiance and skills. I've gone to school 4 years in a computer magnet program. We've dabbed into Visual Basic 6.0, C++, HTML, and Graphics. In these classes we didnt go into the languages very extensive, but enough to know how to look at some code, figure what it does and change it around a little bit.
I've been using computers since I was 9 years old. Since then I've used and installed various operating systems. Dos, Windows 3.1, windows 95, windows 98, and then windows xp... Within the past 5 years I've installed and experimented verious *nix operating systems and have self taught myself many things about the OS. I've installed various programs under various operating systems. I've used Bind, Apache, various ftp programs and ftpd's... I've installed and used pop and smtp servers. I was a network administrator for a irc network, along with being on the routing team. I've very user friendly, I have the experiance in different operating systems, and basicly I've been there and done that what the users will be trying to do.

If you would like anymore information please give me and email... Thankyou :)

Yes, Computer MAGNET Program... Its just a program in the school you have to enroll into so you can take a special class... In this case its a computer class witch teachs you C++, Visual Basic's, some graphics, some html... Basicly dabs into a little bit of those subjects and gets you ready for collage so that you know a little bit about the programs and so your a little better off... :-)
