My name is Gabriel Fernandez from Uruguay
It all started when I decided, in the search for icecast streaming services, search for money and the attention was good.

The first is that I hired the wrong bitrate 64 kbps / 25 listeners and I appeared 24 kbps, for testing, after the audition, my idea was to hire, for more radios (current customers) and future customers.

Send my first ticket sales, wait and wait, wait 2 hours or answered 3 hours, no, send second ticket and I'm still waiting ...

And I forgot, and as was testing to 64 kbps for 24 hours I was suspended for abuse.

What service do you have with them? Have you tried calling them?

My service contract is streaming radio, and now you. says I tried to call with Skype and conventional phone line and no answer

Yes i agree. and i think you're not the only one calling and blowing up the support desk:D If you search here on WHT you will see they got many issues going on.

Ouch, sorry to hear about this. I hope their rep that is quite active on WHT can assist you.
