I am thinking to provide 2 type control panel for our customers.what are the pros and cons?

The pros for offering 2 control panels are certainly not enough to make this worthwhile, but they include: Attracting customers that want a specific control panel (by having two, your chances of finding someone who likes it doubles.)

Cons (many more): Costs a LOT more, a technical support nightmare, an organization nightmare (each control panel likes a server set up a certian way.)

cubision is absolutely correct.

I can speak from experience here that it DOES increase sales (I wouldn't say double, but there is an increase). However it also makes support more difficult and servers harder to organize and keep up with.

In the future I think we'll be going back to one control panel (either Ensim or cPanel) at this time I can't say for sure which one.:)

by the way, what are the 2 contol panels you would like to offer.
