GreenGeeks.com are big cheaters. I had paid for a reseller hosting but been rejected and they do not refund me.I have send them many emails and chat with their live support for many times,They not refund my money for over 1 months. I think i had lost my $20 in there.

Can you elaborate what you mean by them "rejecting" you? Did they cancel your account after a short period or did they not activate the account at all?

Hello,

We verify every single order that is provisioned on our service. If the order fails to meet our criteria then we reject the order. If you've paid via Paypal, the refund can take up to 24 hours to be processed. If it's a credit card, you're never billed to begin with. We do this to avoid fraudulent accounts from being created on the servers which cause more problems for our paying customers.

It's quite possible that we haven't got around to processing the Paypal refund. Please contact our sales team or live chat and let them know your order ID or domain name. Let them know that the refund was not processed and they will place a note in our system and we'll be sure to have the refund sent out. If you're not comfortable with doing that, you can PM us directly here with that information and we'll make sure it's taken care of.

We have no interest in cheating customers and didn't grow our business by doing so.

Very fast response. The greatest talkers are always least doers.

Hello,

The order ID was located and refunded. Definitely an oversight on our part, however was in the billing queue to be dealt with. Much less than "more than 1 month" as the customer claimed. We apologize for any issues this may have caused you.

Best of luck to you finding a suitable hosting provider.

A response from the host is always appreciated. Even if its a mistake on their it creates a much better impression than silently ignoring a customer's complaint.
