OriaHosting, you seem to be a web host owner yourself and I noticed your banner on your website. Don't you think that you will earn more than $75 (in web hosting sales) by keeping your own banner there? If the answer is yes, then why would you want to sell the banner space?

Because it's not actually my game, that banner is just there temporary.

Okay.... Orialhosting, I am producing a game that gets over 3,000 unique a WEEK... and I give away free advertising on an afillicate system.

I think its pretty wrong to charge for something you can easily get for free (word of mouth, or your sister's brothers uncle's half related mom's son who owns a big site)

Is that a threat? :blush: , when and if (hopefully will be), my game is released... I'll be getting a few hundred thou a mouth, would I Charge for people to put banners on my site? HELL NO! Banners = very poor form of advertising... Ask anyone who's tried to advertise through them.

I honestly..... Do not like selling something you can get for free.... Does it cost me money to put the banner up? No... Does it take more than 30 minutes? No more like 5 seconds... Does it take up much space? No way! So why charge for it!? Give me one logical answer (Besides everyone else wants to show their banner).


I prefer something like "We put your banner up if you put a banner of our site on your site", that way you're getting a LOT more hits, resulting in a LOT more money then what you'd get for selling quick banner space.

What money? This game is a free online game, it is done for free. This banner money ensures the owner gets just a little something after all the hard work he has put in.
