It appears that ENOM and their resellers do not support the transfer of .US domains. Anyone know why that is?

Thanks.

Hmmm that's a novelty. As in transfer, you mean 'pushing' between accounts?

No, not "pushing". You cannot transfer an existing .US domain to ENOM.

Ahhhh. Weird. I never had to but it does sound odd. How can you tell, your transfer gets denied? There might be several reasons why this happens. Or there is no such option under enom's panel for the .US TLD?

Couple of things. NAMECHEAP (ENOM reseller) indicates on their site that they do not yet support transfer of a .US name. You can register a new one but not bring an existing one to them.

All the ENOM pricing I've seen indicates N/A for transfer of .US.

The question is, why don't they support it?

You can transfer a .us domain to eNom, you just need the EPP code for the domain like with .info and .biz domains.
