I honestly do not know. We had a client short while back from the U.K and he was able to get PayPal setup although it took a few days. But from my knowledge there is not much you can do with Paypal without a CC.

The best alternative so far is to get someone out there in UK to pay for the banners for you and you pay him. You can pay the person there in UK using bank deposit (hopefully no charge).

You may also want to go in partnership with somebody living in UK who can help in accepting payments in your behalf and remit them to you later through Paypal or credit card payments. Hmmm... this is also what we are thinking at the moment.

In the uk switch and solo cards are quite big, you can use them to pay for goods in most of the uk based online shops etc. I suppose i better get a credit card.
