I know this probably isn't the right place to post this, or mention this, but I need some help.

I cannot seem to contact you guys at all. I e-mailed you, I received a Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

I called, I receive the answering machine, and it wasn't long enough to leave a message.
I don't know where else to reach you guys, but my server is down, and i need someone to put it back up

I was adding my IPS for the box, and i went to go reboot it and i messed something up. My box wiill not come online, and I need you guys to login my box LOCALLY, and run the following things:

pico /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
ON THE line that says
IPADDR="208.38.138.10-17"
Please erase the -17 and leave it at 10
so it looks like this
IPADDR="208.38.138.10"

then reboot my machine please it's urgent that my box comes back online quick.

Obviously i'm not going to post the root pass here, but can you get in touch with me at skream9@home.com or something.

I submited my problem to the help desk, so i hope you got the root pass, (that's only if you need it.I konw there are ways of accessing root without having the root pass locally)

Or if you want me to e-mail the pass, where should i email to, support@weinbar.com isn't working
