I am looking for a service like Livestream.com premium edition but cheaper or with a lower starter fee that can use for small events or big (if the price is good).

I have references of Highwinds CDN but not information of pricing.

You can get it pretty cheaply from vps.net, they are a reseller of highwinds.

We have our own redundant network between multiple data centers in the North-East, with limitless bandwidth capacity. We recently launched streaming event plans, which basically offer dedicated bandwidth up to 1000Mbps for important events as you mention. We encourage you to try our services, before going to other providers and paying double or triple the cost.

its, better to have acknowledge of the streaming sites, and if the events are that much important then try to host your link through the good dedicated stream provider

you should also host through the verizon network, which also has good uptime and video streaming fuctionality..

I don't believe Verizon sells those types of services.
