Hi Folks,

We're looking for software similiar to HumanClick, LiveHelper, and Webhelp live.

However, we need to be able to run it off our servers, cant have any third parties involved, privacy issues.

Webhelp Live does this with Java but the demo crashes a lot.

Any suggestions?

As far as I know, none of the "livehelper like" companies allow you to install the system on your servers. They all want you to outsource so they can charge you every month.

I belive http://www.liveperson.com has a version that you can run on your own servers. Based on LivePerson's pricing for their general services, my guess is it's *very* expensive.
