I'm looking for cheap hosting with these conditions:

1. Cheap annualy payment
2. Dedicate IP address (I don't want to register a domain name)
3. Unix box

I want to use this account to keep my maillist.

How cheap?

The cheaper is the better, I know hosting company offer $20 a year, but for Win2k and I didn't asked about the IP
