Will it helps if i include meta tags for every page on my website or just the main page ?
I'm thinking of adding "keywords" , "desciption, "title" ....etc etc for every page ...hoping that it helps to improve the ranking where search engine is concern.
But does it really helps ??

So you should certainly have a title for each page.
As far as their importance for search engine positioning, the title tag is given a lot of weight; meta keywords is given none or almost none depending on the search engine. The meta description is used by most search engines to some extent, but is probably more important because some search engines will display its content in their results than it is for its value in ranking, where it generally is not very important.
Great place to go to learn about search engines is

They have a user community that is second to none.

meta tags are just about worthless these days, you can add them, but do not spend much time on them.
page titles are very important, especially to Google.

I'd have decent metatags, but certainly don't slave over them. They can help a bit, and they definitely won't hurt -- it's free, so why not?

They won't help a lot, but aren't a bad idea, necessarily. But don't spend more time on them than you spend on your content either.

I say.. why not? Even though it won't make a huge impact but you should have them anyway, they take about 3 seconds

It is strongly recommanded to include the META Tag for each page. Because each page's description & keywords are not same as home page.
Your each page need's to be ranked as per their keywords & description. If you ommit the meta for other page, it will not ranked proper as per their waitage..

Thanks,
I think you should do it, just do not spend much time on it.
But I would not put the kind of weight of importance that you seem to be.
Which search engines do you think rely so heavily on meta tags? I do not know of any.
