Sorry but somehow I don't get your problems about this VDI-thing.

We do have servers at VDI and for the last 10 days all servers were up and pretty fast (expect some short downtimes - about 3 x 5 min on April 24 and 25).

No costumers of us had any complains. A new customer even emailed us and said that he never had a server with so fast access to the internet.

So I am a bit confused about your talking.

Is it a reason that all our customer access the server at VDI from Europe? Guess not. So why we do have no probs and you guys have?

First, it depends on the time you are using the connection (I am also from Europe). Most of the time everything is really fast, sometimes I have 20% packet lost, sometimes it's down. A pain.
