Your budget is pretty decent enough. I'll recommend you to browse throgh few pages of posts in Windows hosting section and look at a host who fits best in your requirement.

Your budget will get you a good Windows web host definitely. Your requirements aren't anything hard either! Take a look around in the Windows Hosting section for any Windows hosts or in the offer section. You should be able to get a pretty premium Windows package with that.

Good luck!

Have you tried filling out an inquiry via hostvoice.net? That is always a good place to start.

Suma,
$300 annual is a good price if your looking for a quality none oversold host then you have the budget to achieve that.

How much bandwidth & diskspace are you currently using?? Do you expect a huge growth in either???

Finally, how many domains will you be hosted? ie 5 domains pointing to the same website etc...

Do you require any special addons or premium services such as enhanced anti-spam or online Database manager for SQL?

I look forward to your response.

Look into EuroVPS for this.
Their Windows hosting options are quite good, great support, good pricing.
I have one of these, too.

Your budget seems reasonable for shared Windows hosting, however, what are your actual requirements for space and bandwidth? if a VPS is needed, your budget is more then a little low for a fully managed Windows VPS. Also, re SQL - which version of SQL do you require? (ie do you need Enterprise or is Standard adequate?)

First two posts from a new user are double post. Haha. :D
If I weren't actually impressed by that website I'd say something else.

Me like. Offshore web hosting... and price definitely fits your budget.

Based on your requirements, I would have to recommend discountasp.net for what you are looking for. Best up time I've had with a site and the support team has always been awesome for me when it comes to ASP.NET sites

VPS is an idea, I faced lots of security issues with shared host :(

What kind of security issues do you have when using shared host?
A proper setup will cover security to isolate your account from other accounts on shared server.

You may insist having a dedicated application pool for each of your web sites and make sure choosing a web hosting provider taking care the security seriously, including out/in server security measures.
