Hi Guys,

currently we are using mail enable webmail, in which email move option is not there, we are not able to move any email from trash to inbox, or inbox to any other folder and address book option is not there,

is it possible to update mail enable webmail to horde webmail interface with keeping all email data as it is of all email ids, as it is very important to client.

We are using

Plesk 9.5.2
Windows 2008 R2 Standard 64 Bit

You can switch to Horde within Plesk without affecting the Mail Enable mailboxes. Horde is just a POP3/SMTP web client.

Since Plesk only ships with Mail Enable Standard, which doesn't support webmail, did your hosting company give you a special Mail Enable license? If that's the case, they might be able to fix Mail Enable for you.

Mail Enable Standard 4.25 does support webmail and you can move mails by simply dragging them.
For address book (contacts) you need Professional or Enterprise version.

You can install horde webmail, but note that horde webmail is a PHP application and Mail Enable webmail is .NET application, so you need PHP on your webserver to run Horde.
