I can see it's in an asian language. If it's in China there are no copyright laws, or the laws they have are not enforced. %70 of all software bought in China is pirated (just to prove my point) :)

the server it's located on appears to be in seoul, south korea. those copyright laws would then apply.

I sent the webmaster a polite email saying that if they dont remove it ASAP I would proceed with legal action.

Today the layout has been removed.

I bet they were from South Korea; the North Koreans seem rather arrogrant these days :D
