Yes you get 1 IP but you can purchase additional IP's as needed. The version of linux that comes with the VE is RedHat 7.1

You can setup as many domains as you wish within your account. You could configure your apache for name based hosting and if you are comfortable with DNS you can host as many domains as you wish. This VE behaves as a real server so you can configure it any way you like. The only things you do not have access to is actual hardware control. You could for example install Plesk or Cpanel inside your VE or use webmin, to administer multiple domains as you would on any other Linux server.
