After another quick response by BQ Backup, I decided it was time for a quick review. We've been with them for well over 2 years now with backups.

First, I'd like to say that response times are in general extremely quick. Granted, it's a small operation so if the owner isn't available, you could be in for a wait. However, that's why it's called a backup and that's why one should have more than a single backup.

BQ provides the type of service that I would honestly pay significantly more for. I've been helped to such a degree on more than one occasion that I feel I should be paying double or triple what I do.

I've never had a major issue with my account and e-mails are nearly always answered same day. This is the type of service I can rely on not only because of the service, but because Scott knows his stuff. I'm always impressed by his knowledge.

Backups are one of those things that ideally shouldn't need to be used often, so it's good to know that customers remember that we exist!

Scott is a great guy, and anytime you need anything he has always been willing to go out of his way. He has helped me a few times over the years.
