Not that it is really relevant, but does anyone know how they chose to use 90th percentile billing? I've seen 100th percentile billing (aka fixed bandwidth), 95th percentile, and average billing, but I've never seen anyone using 90th percentile.

They used to be on 95th percentile, but they recently changed to 90th. I know a few colo places that do 90th percentile. Its nothing new.

As far as their service, its very good.
