As stated above in my post, support will be provided to maintain server integrity, uptime and security. Support will also be provided for minor issues and anything else we may be able to help.
Support will not be provided for custom software installs and scripts.
Systems software can be updated using WHM by the client himself.
Does that fit into the category of 100% managed servers ?
clocker1996 12-19-2002, 08:32 AM is this DCJN (Dedicated now) or is it pure nac?
can we get a test ip.
and can you do me a favor and traceroute out, from one of those servers to webhostingtalk.com and www.jimmy.com and paste the traceroutes here.
brian_s 12-19-2002, 08:57 AM It is pure NAC.
Please email me for a Test IP as I can not find you email address in your profile.
As for the trace route, I will send it to you in an email once i have your email address.
my email address is brian_s@shubh-host.com
brian_s 12-19-2002, 09:15 AM Please give me your email address for the test IP
JBIZ718 12-19-2002, 09:18 AM I dont think that shows nacs bandwidth at all. It is probably a trace rt from your computer not a server on the nac network.

rusko 12-19-2002, 12:56 PM brian_s,
please clarify whether this is a dedicatednow box. if it is, it is *not* nac bw, it is dcjn. while there is no difference right now, there may be one in the future.
brian_s 12-19-2002, 01:10 PM The bandwidth is pure NAC and *not* DCJN.
Your offer looks similar to the DedicatedNow offering except that your specs is higher (P4 2 Ghz) as well as your pricing for extra bandwidth/IP. Nice offer btw :)

Tazzman 12-19-2002, 02:02 PM I'm standing here drooling and somewhat regretting that I just signed up with another company. Just my luck :(
With those specs and that quality bandwidth, the price is unbelievable.
