The Ensim package will be part of the regular package, when the new server packages are released. At this time, I do not think it will be possible to have it removed in exchange for a reduced setup fee, but I can't say for suer until the new packages are out, hopefully around may 15th.

For now its just the control panel, we made a bulk purchase, and got them at a discounted rate.

When we roll out the new product, I am not sure how we will do it.
